**Buscamos Design Expert**:
Estamos buscando un/a **Design Expert** para unirse a nuestro estudio de Buenos Aires, por lo que es necesario que vivas en Capital Federal o alrededores.

**️ Y en concreto, esto es lo que harás**:

- Impulsar el diseño de productos punta a punta para crear soluciones digitales visuales distintivas.
- Brindar una experiência de usuario sobresaliente, proporcionando un diseño de aplicación excepcional e intuitivo.
- Diseñar elementos gráficos y construir componentes de navegación para los productos de la compañía.
- Descubrir, definir y diseñar nuevos componentes de UI y sus patrones de interacción, alineadas con el sistema de diseño de la empresa y el negocio.
- Diseñar y analizar patrones de interfaces, interacción y usabilidad.
- Crear, mantener y proporcionar assets, templates, componentes y patrones para todos los productos del ecosistema del banco.
- Alinear esfuerzos y prioridades con los desarrolladores para asegurar el update continuo del sistema de diseño.
- Liderar proyectos de diseño, trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la entrega de proyectos de alta calidad y en el plazo establecido.
- Desarrollar estrategias de diseño y marca, y asegurarse de que se apliquen consistentemente en todos los proyectos.
- Participar en la definición de la dirección creativa de la compañía.
- Trabajar con el equipo de desarrollo de productos para definir los requisitos y objetivos del proyecto.
- Trabajar con tecnologías de diseño y software avanzado para crear y producir diseños de alta calidad.
- Asegurarse de que los diseños cumplan con los estándares de accesibilidad para todos los usuarios.

**Para eso, necesitamos que tengas experiência en**:

- Al menos 4 años de experiência en el rol como diseñador UX/UI.
- Conocer los procesos de diseño y las leyes de la Gestalt.
- Manejo de heurística.
- Conocimiento del framework de diseño Atómico y arquitectura de la información.
- Diseño de interacción y conocimiento sobre patrones y guidlines de usabilidad estándares en distintos dispositivos (Desktop, responsive, HIG y Material Design).
- Conocimiento en tipografía, teoría del color, morfología y composición global (uso de grilla y espaciados).
- Experiência en herramientas afines de diseño de interfaces (tales como Figma, Adobe Suite, Invision).
- Graduado de carreras orientadas a Diseño, Comunicador Visual o afines.

- Ser curioso y muy detallista.
- Ser prolijo y ordenado con la documentación de diseño.
- Experiência en diseño centrado en el usuario y Design Thinking.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de métricas, análisis de datos y reportería (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI).
- Flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación para trabajar en entornos ágiles.
- Organización y actitud proactiva.
- Ser capaz de crear storyboards/diagramas de flujo/wireframes/prototipos de alta/baja fidelidad, atendiendo diferentes necesidades de diseño.
- Ser capaz de crear productos/servicios que atiendan a las necesidades de las personas usuarias y negocios, pensando de forma holística.
