We are currently looking for **Optimizations Agent** to work with our Optimizations Team.

**What you´ll do**:
As part of the Optimizations Team you will be in charge of the Optimizations and Analysis of our client Ads accounts, providing recommendations for all products: Search, Display, Youtube; Apps & Shopping. Also, you´ll be helping Account Managers & Strategist on customer selling cycle and their up-selling task.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build, Organize and Restructure Google Ads Accounts to achieve a better performance.
- Provide strategic advice and work closely in a consultative role.
- Analyze Google Ads Performance and Identify Account Improvement Opportunities.
- Perform under timelines delivering high end optimization for complex and high revenue customer.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience to Google’s advertisers.
- Create/Adapt/Translate Keywords lists and Ads identifying cultural nuances and business needs.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Language skills: Advance English and Hebrew intermediate is a must
- College Degree (completed or in progress) oriented to Marketing, Communication, Public Relationship, Sociology, Psychology, etc.
- Experience in customer support/customer facing/Marketing Business/Agency, is a plus
