The Brand Manager is the responsible to execute the plans, provide Market Insights and track results for Argentina and Uruguay. Responsible for the daily management of a brand with the aim of growth in sales and profit for Argentina. Accountable for the implementation of marketing plans, communications campaigns and media and promotional planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy and plans for brands.
- Media Plan execution, tracking and adjustment: set optimal media mix, review performance and control.
- A&P Management, Allocation & Control.
- Execute Launches of New Product Initiatives and Product Changes.
- Local BOH Assets Approval and Delivery to Media Agency.
- Point of Contact with Trade Marketing & Sales.
- DRM Meetings & forecast: keep 36 month rolling forecast updated in accordance to approved marketing plans and NPD process. Achieving the established forecast accuracy target.
- Regulatory: revision of labels prior to Regulatory text, follow up with Regulatory on all BOH issues.
- Quality: participation in quality control audits; all other quality inspections; participation in change control documents; follow up and participation in all the post audit activities.
- Legal: ownership of contracts; follow up on all legal issues such as challenges relating to brands.
- Procurement: TPO ownership, involvement in all suppliers bids.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- 2 years of experience in Marketing in brands with mass communication.
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Experienced marketing knowledge & skills.
- Fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
