En esta oportundidad nos encontramos en busqueda de un Gerente de Transaction Services para sumar al equipo

¿Qué podrás hacer en este rol? Identificar asuntos financieros, contables, de operación y de negocios críticos que deban ser considerados por compradores/vendedores en la evaluación/estructuración de potenciales transacciones de adquisición o venta de compañías, así como el impacto de los mismos en el valor de la operación.

**Requisitos**:
¿Qué necesitamos encontrar en tu perfil profesional? Título de grado: Contador Público/Lic. En Administración de empresas o afines. Experiência mínima de 5 años desarrollando específicamente tareas de Due Diligence/Análisis de compañías para proyectos de M&A (fusiones y adquisiciones), dentro de Consultoras y/o Empresas de primer nível. Inglés avanzado (deseable). Manejo avanzado de planillas de cálculo (MS Excel) con aplicación financiera (excluyente). Posgrado relacionado (deseable).
