We are looking for a driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team and play a crucial role in expanding our global network (North America and Europe). This role will focus on sourcing and onboarding talented marketing contractors and agencies.

**Responsibilities**:
- Outreach: Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to build relationships with potential partners.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new network members, ensuring smooth integration and communication.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with network members.
- Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools in target regions.
- Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new network members.
- Community Management: Help manage the agency community.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of various marketing strategies and channels
- Proficient in using social media platforms and online tools for recruitment
- Ability to work independently and manage their workload effectively
- Passion for building and nurturing relationships
- Experience working with international teams (preferred)
- Must work North American Hours
