**7 years experience** as a **Podcast Video & Audio Editor**, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing podcast episodes to create high-quality video and audio content. This includes removing background noise, adding music or sound effects, and ensuring a seamless flow of conversation. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing video content by adding graphics, text overlays, and images. Your attention to detail and creativity will contribute to the overall success of the podcast.

**Responsibilities**
- **Edit and enhance podcast episodes** to create high-quality video and audio content
- Remove background noise, add music or sound effects, and ensure a seamless flow of conversation
- Create visually appealing video content by adding graphics, text overlays, and images

**Qualifications**
- **Video Editing Software**: Proficiency in video editing software such as A**dobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Strong understanding of audio mixing, sound design, and color grading**:

- **Audio Editing**: Ability to edit and enhance audio using software like Audacity or Adobe Audition.
- **Graphic Design**: Basic skills in graphic design for creating thumbnails, overlays, and other visual elements, often using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- **File Management**: Organizational skills for managing large files, naming conventions, and project structures.
- **Understanding of Podcasting Platforms**: Familiarity with platforms like Libsyn, Podbean, or Anchor for publishing and distributing podcasts.
- **Transcoding and Compression**: Knowledge of video and audio codecs, transcoding, and compression techniques to optimize file sizes without compromising quality.
- **Color Correction and Grading**: Ability to adjust and enhance video colors for a polished and professional look.
- **Motion Graphics**: Basic knowledge of creating simple motion graphics or animations to enhance visual appeal.
- **Multicam Editing**: Experience in editing videos with multiple camera angles for a dynamic presentation.

**Salary**: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per month
