**What you will do**
- Help design and implement functional requirements
- Build efficient back-end features in Python
- Manage testing and bug fixes
- Prepare technical documentation
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code
- Coach junior team members
- Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
- Work with a data analytics team at Indeed:

- Producing high-quality code
- Communication with Engineering & Data Analytics management
- Alignment with existing development teams

**Must haves**
- Around 5 years experience in software development.
- Significant practical experience with:

- Python (ideally 5+ years)
- Knowledge and practical experience with:

- Strong Python (must)
- Django
- REST API
- SQL
- Data Structures
- Databases: MySQL, Postgres
- Unit testing
- Flask
- Deploying python code into containers (kubernetes/Docker)
- CI/CD
- Upper-Intermediate English

**Nice to haves**
- AWS
- Poetry
- Terraform
- Django
- ETL development experience: Airflow is a plus
- Jupyter Notebooks
- Knowledge of JavaScript and the AngularJS framework is a plus.
