Labor Relations Advisor

This position provides advice and guidance on labor relations issues.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Negotiates at the highest level with the leaders of the Hierarchical Union as well as Base Union, related to Chevron’s interests in Argentina.- Represents Chevron within the Upstream Chamber formed by the Exploration and Production companies and Argentina Labor Ministry where salaries and Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated.Sets strategic direction and provides expert labor relations and labor law guidance to the Leadership Team in Argentina.- Manages labor relations negotiations for our employees and contractors, working with internal stakeholders and Union representatives in the field- Maintains a link with Corporate Labor Relations Teams.

Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Law or Labor Relations is preferred- At least between 10-15 years experience in Labor Relations preferably in Oil & Gas industry- Team player and interpersonal abilities, analytical and proactive skills.- Ability to build relationships and stakeholders networks with multiple stakeholders.- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with an advanced level of English.

Special Considerations:
- Position will be based in Buenos Aires or Neuquen City- Position involves a frequent travel to the field's operations based in Neuquen.

Relocation Option:
Relocation will not be considered.

International Considerations:
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
