**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:

- This is an exciting opportunity to nurture your career with Managing a team of Avaya Professional Services (APS) consultants delivering implementation services to our Global Customers. We are looking for self-driven, organized, and self-motivated professionals to join our Avaya Professional services team who will be responsible for delivering our core-values of Excellence to supervise and mentor the new team ensuring quality service delivery meeting the Customer’s requirements.
- You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself across a variety of activities, including:
- Managing a team of Avaya Professional Services (APS) consultants in support of Customer.
- Responsible for hiring, developing skills, deploying, and retaining highly skilled Engineers and Consultants.
- Ensures the team performance is aligned with APS revenue growth and transformation.
- Oversees planning and implementation of strategic APS initiatives in addition to the guidance and mentoring of team members in the successful support of their responsibilities.
- Manage your team’s performance by setting up objectives and support your team with achieving their objectives.
- Manage escalations for all technical & resource assignment.
- Cross-functional collaborate to lead and engage right team/individual bringing additional expertise when required.
- Develop strong technical ability ensuring mínimal skill gap within the team.
- Vendor management by working with Avaya Suppliers for delivering APS project deliverables.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Must have strong People Management experience
- Strong Avaya product knowledge in both UC and CC solutions for traditional on-premise and Cloud projects
- Prior experience with working in a Professional Services environment
- Prior experience of working with Global Customers (i.e., North America)
- Excellent team player, mentor, and coach for your team.
- Ability to assign tasks, define priorities and ensure the team is accountable for their tasks.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel for creating various metrices to measure team’s occupancy, utilization, forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Agile and ITIL trained and certified will be preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
