**Senior Full Stack Developer**

Marpipe is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (located anywhere in LATAM) to help support our rapidly-growing user base of creatives and marketers. You are a talented and passionate engineer. You love solving problems and making ideas come to life. You are a lifelong learner who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys the challenge of learning new technologies and techniques. You like owning things and it is important to you that you can have a personal impact. You value autonomy and transparency. You are a team player and enjoy collaboration, but you are also self-directed and enjoy the autonomy to be able to manage your own schedule and workload.

**What You Get To Do**:

- Build new and exciting product features together with our product and design teams
- Translate product specs into working features
- Collaborate with other engineers, learning from them and mentoring them
- Elevate the status quo and push for higher development standards
- Lead discussions about improving our processes and figuring out the best product ideas

**What You Bring To The Role**:

- Experience with Ruby/Rails preferred
- Experience with GIT and AWS
- Excited about working in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment - comfortable with ambiguity - able to thrive in organized chaos and constant change without the need for a lot of structure and process - you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and doing it
- Proven track record of owning projects, and ingesting complex project requirements and initiatives, executing on them end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills
