Buscamos un Licenciado de Seguridad e Higiene, que resida en Mar del Plata, Balcarce o la zona, para incorporarse al equipo de Seguridad McCain Argentina en nuestra Planta Balcarce. La función principal de este puesto es aportar al liderazgo a la Gestión del área de Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional, poniendo el foco en el desarrollo de los procesos a implementar para preservar la Salud de los colaboradores, propios y terceros, poniendo énfasis en los peligros y riesgos para desarrollar medidas de prevención, manteniendo actualizado un Sistema de Gestión en Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional (SG-SySO), liderándolo y verificando su permanente implementación.

**Listar Responsabilidades y Requerimientos y Experiência**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Redactar, mantener actualizado, e incorporar al Sistema Gestión MAS, los procedimientos generales de Higiene y Seguridad en el trabajo.
- Informar los procedimientos generales de HyST y Capacitar al personal para su implementación.
- Participar, brindando asistencia técnica y métodos de prevención en subcomités reuniones requeridas.
- Elaborar, interpretar y comunicar el resultado de informes técnicos-preventivos sobre aspectos de Higiene, Salud y Seguridad laboral.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.
- Colaborar en la elaboración de procedimiento operativos y en el seguimiento de implementación de estos.
- Incentivar la cultura preventiva entre los trabajadores de todos los níveles.
- Comunicar a los responsables de áreas sobre las deficiencias detectadas.
- Colaborar en la investigación de accidentes laborales y enfermedades profesionales.
- Elaborar e implementar medidas de control, protección, prevención, preparación y respuesta ante emergencias.

**Requerimientos y experiência**:

- Graduado universitario de la carrera de Licenciado y seguridad e Higiene
- 4 años de experiência en el puesto. (Se valorará tener experiência en industria)
- Inglés: nível intermedio/avanzado (Excluyente)
- Dominio de Paquete Ms Office, Power BI y habilidades analíticas.
