We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to oversee a team of Account Managers. The team’s objective is to perform internet research, data collection, intellectual property infringement form submissions for the company’s clients.

This position is remote and we are headquartered in Austin, Texas USA. It is best if you can at least work half of your hours during our Texas time workday.

What the job entails:

- Managing and motivating a team of 6+ Account Managers.
- Ensuring that the team’s research performed and data produced is to the highest standard and maintaining standard operating procedures for various related processes.
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Help the sales team signup and onboard new clients.
- Juggle priorities among ~20-30 clients’ work at a given time.

Qualities we’re looking for:

- People and account management experience.
- Ability to work independently and set up systems to help your team work more efficiently.
- Ability to motivate people.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Understanding of e-commerce.

Nice to have but not required:

- Strong grasp or interest in data management
- Quality control experience
- Experience with intellectual property or other legal fields

Recruitment process:

- We may ask you to do a short paid test project.
- If we like your resume and short paragraph, you’ll be scheduled for an interview.

Consideration timeline - expedited (2023 Texas USA time):

- Between Jan. 9th and Jan. 13th: paid test projects will be issued and interviews will be conducted.
- Between Jan. 13th and Jan. 20th: references will be checked.
- After Jan. 20th: start date.

**Salary**:

- Salary is negotiable and based on experience and ability.
- Assuming a good job is done and improvement is shown, significant raises should be expected.

Pay: $5,491,200.00 - $9,152,000.00 per year
