**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the company, including statutory accounting, treasury, taxes, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Oversee the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow and ensure adequate funds are available to support the company's operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with tax laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, shared services, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Complete ad-hoc financial analysis and other duties as assigned

**EDUCATION/LANGUAGE**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- English communication, both verbal and written (B2+)

**EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing a team and developing staff.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software.
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Oracle and HFM knowledge.
