**Role Responsibilities**
- Utilizing your knowledge of the organization, our products and/or services you’ll answer inquiries and resolve problems.
- You will ensure compliance with the team's objectives and key performance indicators, and participate in different projects.
- You’ll use management tools, analyze and create reports.

**Role Requirements**
- One year of experience in the collections sector or customer service call center.
- Bachelor’s degree or student in administration or related (not exclusive).
- Intermediate English and Excel level.
- Analytical and decisive profile with negotiation skills, and the ability to deal effectively with all types of people.
- Capacity for teamwork and effective communication.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (flexible).
