** Location**: Parque Austral, Pilar, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- ** Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- ** Work model**: On site.
- ** Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations for preventive measures.
- Deliver HSSE training sessions to employees, ensuring they are aware of safety protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSSE programs, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure HSSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of operations.
- Maintain accurate HSSE records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and compliance certificates.
- Conduct risk assessments for new projects, processes, or equipment.
- Stay informed about changes in HSSE regulations and standards, updating company policies and procedures accordingly.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
- Assist in managing relationships with external HSSE consultants and regulatory bodies.
- Participate in HSSE committee meetings and contribute to the development of HSSE strategies.
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and environmental management programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Relevant HSSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
- 3-5 years of experience in HSSE roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey HSSE concepts to all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HSSE management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and developing educational materials.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to occasionally respond to emergencies or urgent HSSE matters outside of regular part-time hours.
