Por eso queremos sumar a nuestro equipo de **Ualá Bis **una persona con el rol de **Growth & Retention Executive**, que tendrá el objetivo de construir y mantener la relación con su cartera de clientes para retenerlos y detectar oportunidades para desarrollarlos.

**Vas a tener el desafío de **
- Generar impacto positivo en la experiência de los usuarios ideando procesos eficientes y logrando una mayor retención de los usuarios target, aumentando la utilización de todos los productos de Ualá Bis.
- Aumentar la rentabilidad de Ualá Bis a través del desarrollo y la retención de nuestros mejores clientes.
- Realizar gestiones operativas para mejorar la experiência del usuario incluyendo la generación de tickets a techops, generación de reportes de ventas para el usuario, configuración de la cuenta y aumento de límites.
- Monitoreo de rechazos de transaccionalidad para aumento de límites con Fraude y/o identificar otros motivos de rechazo.
- Llevar adelante el seguimiento de contracargos y devoluciones de la cartera asignada, en conjunto con el equipo de Operaciones.
- Contactar de manera proactiva a los clientes que dejaron de utilizar Ualá Bis para intentar recuperar o entender los motivos de la baja y medir los motivos con el fin de que con este feedback se puedan priorizar las mejores soluciones para nuestros clientes target.

- Estudios universitarios finalizados o en curso en Administración de empresas, Marketing, comercialización o carreras afines.
- Dominio de paquete Office - Back Office Ualá
- Capacidad de análisis.
- Experiência previa en áreas de atención al cliente.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera efectiva, manejando quejas y conflictos de manera constructiva para asegurar una experiência positiva para el cliente.
