**QXTEL** es uno de los proveedores de servicios de telecomunicaciones y tecnología más avanzados y diversificados, centrado en servicios de plataforma para proveedores de servicios de comunicaciones mayoristas, minoristas y en la nube. Se encuentra en búsqueda de un **NOC Engineer** para sumar al equipo.

Jugarás un papel crucial en garantizar el funcionamiento fluido de nuestra red, incluyendo nuestras plataformas de Voz sobre IP (VoIP) y SMS A2P. Serás responsable de monitorear el rendimiento de la red, identificar y resolver problemas, y gestionar las quejas de los clientes.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Monitorear el rendimiento y estado de salud de la red evaluando la cantidad de tráfico utilizando herramientas de monitorización de redes.
- Responsable de reconocer cualquier cambio que ocurra en la red.
- Entender y trabajar sobre los problemas que van surgiendo dando respuestas y brindar soluciones a troubles tickets sobre quejas o inconvenientes.
