SAP Learning is an organization responsible for creating opportunity through learning and development for SAP customers, partners, employees, and developers across the SAP ecosystem.

The SAP Learning organization will play a key role in SAP’s cloud transformation as it is accompanied by an increased need for future skills. SAP Learning offers a comprehensive portfolio of SAP Training and Adoption solutions and services for our customers and partner ecosystem, world-class Learning and Development programs for our 100K+ employees worldwide, and an active SAP Community for developer engagement.

We are seeking a Virtual Learning Producer/Learning System Administrator to join the SAP Learning Managed Services team, to support the internal delivery of virtual live trainings, and in addition to the live session itself, support activities leading up to and following the live session. We are dedicated to delivering world-class learning experience and performance support that enables our SAP employees to help the world run better and improve people’s lives.

**What you’ll do**

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Virtual Learning System Producer
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Remote)

As an iXp Intern in SAP Learning, you will:
Additional responsibilities include:

- Produce and administrate virtual live classroom sessions and ensure successful execution.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with internal key customer/partners by understanding the respective business challenges
- Continuously engages and communicates with key contacts
- Spearhead continuous improvement in customer interactions and internal processes
- Constantly reflect and evaluate existing knowledge and processes and provide recommendations for optimization

**Who you are**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently pursuing a degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, organizational development and other related fields.
- Experience in producing of virtual classroom sessions is an advantage
- Experience with virtual classroom tools, such as Zoom, is an advantage
- Experience with SAP Learning systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, is an advantage
- Customer service and/or administrative experience is a plus
- Minimum upper-intermediate written and spoken English
- Good command of virtual classroom software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Continuous improvement of technical skills and efficiency
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Ability to work in international teams and communicate through virtual communication channels
- Ability to keep up with fast changing environment
