Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Solar Sales position at Bluenergy as an Appointment Setter. The Solar Sales team is responsible for conducting day-to-day sales activities, including pitching solar solutions to homeowners, managing sales processes, setting Appointment to our sales team and following up.

Work modality: Home office.

Hours to cover:
Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM (Florida Time)

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication in English language C2 (Exclusive).

Be responsible, eager to progress and non-conformist (Exclusive).

Have a computer, camera and microphone (Exclusive).

Ability to learn and incorporate knowledge quickly (Exclusive)

Experience in the area of sales and/or customer service. (Desirable).

People with communication, customer orientation and negotiation skills will be valued.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform prospecting through calls to our Leads.
- Qualify and classify Leads as potential clients according to their needs and interests.
- Scheduled calls for the sales team to present our product/service.
- Take scheduled video calls from the sales team. (Short term)

Pay: From $400,000.00 per month
