**Responsibilities**
- Lead the integration process of the ERP SAP Ariba
- Automating and optimizing processes
- Developing user manuals and technical guides
- Analyzing a company's existing computer systems, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to the organization's management team
- Be a part of the Ariba implementation project across the company
- Support the team to keep operations running and improve and enhance the functionality in the different projects
**Requirements**:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the area of procurement with ARIBA as the main tool. Any SAP functional knowledge on procurement-related modules like PM or MM would be a plus.
- Experience as a SAP Developer (ABAP) would be a plus.
- Experience with SAP Ariba (different modules). Certification in Ariba Sourcing, Contract, SLP, Buying and Invoicing, or Commerce Automation is a big plus.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Experience in procurement, business analysis, or strategic analysis
- Project management (functional) experience to support project timelines, testing, and implementation for all new release testing of procurement software systems
- Experience developing business process improvements and recommendations based on stakeholder feedback and technology enhancements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in English
**Nice to have (Assets)**:
- Able to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Strong experience in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, and Ariba Supplier modules
**Job Type**: Contract
