Compensations Analyst

We are currently looking for **a Compensations Analyst** to join our LATAM Compensations Team.

**What You´ll Do?**

As the Compensations Analyst you will helps and assists to develop, implement and manage compensation, such as salaries, short
- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance evaluations, salary increases and salary surveys.

People with experience in Compensation & Benefits who will be the main contact for HRBPs and Business leaders for our operations in Argentina with confidence and ability to work independently as well as part of a team structure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsels HR and business leadership on effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives.
- Helps and assists to develop, implement and manage compensation, such as salaries, short
- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance evaluations, salary increases and salary surveys.
- Monitors Total Rewards market trends in order to recommend consistent solutions.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; Labor Relationships or related fields.
- 2-3 years of related experience working as part of a compensation department/team or within a compensation consulting in a corporate or agency environment.
- Language Skills: Advanced English is a MUST.
- Ability to work well with multi-functional team and with all levels within organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to gather and analyze information.
- Experience in HIGH Tech market (preferable).
