Como Sr. Associate, Quality en SC Johnson tendrás como principal responsabilidad asegurar la calidad de los productos manufacturados en nuestra planta en Pilar y llevar adelante el control de actividades y procesos de precomercialización de nuevos productos o lanzamientos en la compañía. A través de una mentalidad de mejora continua, contribuirás al negocio asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de nuestros productos valorados por los consumidores.
**Responsabilidades**
- Mantener actualizado el Sistema Integrado de Gestión mediante auditorías y el desarrollo de personas.
- Mantener los estándares ISO 9001 actualizados con la última versión disponible.
- Realizar auditorías internas de calidad.
- Implementar playbooks de calidad global en la planta.
- Contribuir al proceso de comercialización de nuevos productos que gestiona las actividades, prácticas y procedimientos para garantizar el éxito de los nuevos lanzamientos.
- Tomar decisiones oportunas sobre materiales, productos y procesos no conformes para asegurar que la compañía cumpla con sus objetivos de seguridad, calidad y negocios.
- Desarrollar, implementar, administrar y participar en los programas de Calidad dirigidos a prevenir problemas de seguridad y calidad.
- Realizar actividades de Pilar de Calidad para generar cultura “cero defecto” en planta.
- Dar visibilidad al negocio sobre la percepción de los productos a través de la investigación del análisis de muestras del Centro de Atención al Consumidor.
- Analizar y desarrollar acciones relacionadas con los Indicadores de Desempeño Clave (KPI's) y los PPI’s mensuales del área.
**Habilidades**:
- Graduado o próximo a recibirse de las carreas de ingeniería química, industrial, alimentos o licenciatura en química.
- Experiência mínima de entre 1 y 2 años en calidad, desarrollo, manufactura o Product Supply.
- Inglés intermédio/ avanzado (excluyente)
- Habilidades para liderar proyectos de nuevos productos en planta.
- Fuertes habilidades de organización y comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipos de alto rendimiento en entornos altamente colaborativos.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Análisis de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, incluyendo métricas de procesos empresariales y medidas vinculadas a los KPIs y PPIs del negocio.
