We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivate **Hubspot CRM Administrator**

The Hubspot CRM Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of the company's HubSpot platform. They will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure that the platform is effectively integrated and utilized to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. The HubSpot Expert will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new features and functionalities to enhance the company's inbound marketing and sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize the company's HubSpot platform, including all aspects of inbound marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the HubSpot platform, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure that the platform is effectively integrated and utilized across all functions.
- Develop and manage landing pages and website forms for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Identify and implement new features and functionalities to enhance the company's inbound marketing and sales efforts.
- Develop and manage lead scoring and nurturing programs to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of the HubSpot platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in inbound marketing, sales, and customer service.

**Why We’ll Love You**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inbound marketing, including experience with HubSpot.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- HubSpot certifications are preferred.
- English level B2 or higher.
