Nos encontramos en búsqueda de UI Design Lead para desarrollar y evolucionar nuestro Design System que le permita a los equipos de Veritran construir productos digitales de forma ágil y consistente, necesitamos que esta persona pueda generar una visión y proyección de diseño sistémica, escalable y consistente.

Una persona orientada al trabajo autónomo, colaborativo con el equipo y en sus propuestas de valor y que tenga la capacidad de tomar ownership para amplificar el impacto de nuestros productos.

**Algunos puntos específicos que valoramos mucho**
- Sera responsable del E2E de la iniciativa con equipos trasversales al producto
- Conocimiento de metodologías de diseño centrada en las personas
- Habilidades de comunicación y storytelling para dar a conocer y velar por la consistencia y racionales de las decisiones de diseño
- Debe poseer conocimiento técnico de cómo se desarrolla y estar familiarizado con formas de documentación como Storybook y entornos de colaboración en handoff con equipos de desarrollo
- Conocer y aplicar fundamentos de accesibilidad en el diseño y construcción de componentes para guiar al equipo de desarrollo en tenerlos en cuenta
- Experiência en creación y consumo de Design System
- Experiência en Layout, patrones de navegación y arquitectura de la información para productos B2B
