As Information Security & Risk Specialist, you will work closely with Legal, Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure the company meet legal, regulatory and security requirements applicable to the company. The Information Security & Risk Specialist must ensure that policies and procedures are met by the company and define plans and mitigation activities to the risks and gaps identified. You will work with external agencies and authorities as necessary to ensure the organization maintains a strong security posture.

**Your impact**:

- Perform routine activities to ensure compliance with risk and security or regulatory policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and assess risk and security threats with moderate business impact, taking appropriate action.
- Contribute to the design of risk and security solutions, processes or policies requiring a general understanding of risk and security practices and procedures.
- Review work papers, including planning documents and audit reports, to ensure clear identification of risks and issues
- Execute Vendor Risk assessments and Third-party security audits.

**Who you are**:

- 5+ years of experience in any security related role.
- Experience implementing information security plans or conducting financial and technology audits
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, FAIR)
- Strong understanding of several security domains (access control, cryptography, secure development, network, cloud security, operations).
- Compliance and audit.
- Risk assessment and mitigation plans.
- Incident response and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ability to think critically, assess and quantify technology risk and document complex processes.
- Knowledge of crypto technologies, crypto protocols and DeFi.
- Experience using protective and detection technologies and tools such as EDR, IDS, SIEM, CDN, etc.
- Security certifications including but not limited to CISSP, CISA, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CRISC or any other technical certification.
- Project Management and Agile methodologies.
- Cloud security knowledge
