**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
- Identify and recruit new influencers that align with the brand’s image and target audience
- Build and manage relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships
- Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring that all requirements and deadlines are met
- Develop and manage influencer content collaborations, ensuring that all content is on-brand and aligned with the overall marketing strategy
- Coordinate influencer product collaborations, including the shipping and tracking of products and ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor and analyze influencer performance, providing regular reporting and insights to the marketing team
- Manage influencer budgets and ensure that campaigns are executed within budget
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in influencer marketing

**Requirements**:

- Experience_
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience negotiating and managing contracts with influencers
- Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus
- Passion for the latest social media trends and influencers
