Required Qualifications:
- Chevron is selecting a Junior - Semi Sr. Geologist (2 to 7 years’ experience) to join our team to work in our Unconventional Assets in Argentina. The role will be Development Geologist with knowledge on Geological Operations. Geologist bachelor’s degree.
- Basic petrophysical evaluation, basic seismic interpretation, experience in well log correlation and mapping.
- Fluid in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the oil industry, preferably in unconventional reservoirs (shale oil/shale gas)
- Basic concepts on geomechanics
- Software: Petrel & Techlog
- Data Science skills
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Earth Sciences.

- Good communication skills and teamwork oriented, willing to grow inside our organization.
- Versatility to perform various tasks that the project demands.
