Plika es un software en la nube del segmento FP&A (Financial, Planning & Analysis) que busca agilizar y simplificar la tarea diaria de las empresas para planificar el futuro de sus finanzas y controlar sus desvíos para tomar decisiones.
Nuestro software es una herramienta ágil, flexible y adaptable a las dinámicas de las empresas de Latinoamérica, región de la cual buscamos ser líderes en FP&A. Busca reducir el tiempo en el armado de los modelos, prevenir errores manuales y re-trabajos constantes que generan las hojas de cálculo, permitiendo a nuestros usuarios recuperar tiempo para poder analizar información financiera del negocio.

**Resumen del puesto y responsabilidades**
- Atracción de posibles clientes (leads).
- Gestión de oportunidades comerciales en los diferentes canales de venta.
- Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de Marketing en estrategias de Growth Marketing del SaaS.
- Generar Up-Cross Selling a clientes actuales.
- Gestionar la estrategia de Partners comerciales en Latinoamérica.
- Integración con acciones de marketing orientadas a social selling.
- Gestión de la información de la competencia y de los leads.
- Gestionar e implementar herramientas de automatización y digitalización de etapa de pre-venta.
- Generar relaciones y sinergias con socios estratégicos de la industria tecnológica de ERP, CRM, BI y softwares relacionados a Plika.
- Trabajo en conjunto y soporte con el equipo de Smarketing para idear la estrategia comercial y de marketing orientada a la generación de leads y clientes dependiendo los canales disponibles.
**Estudios y experiência**
Estudiante avanzado o profesional de Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercialización o afines
+5 años de experiência en adquisición de clientes, preferentemente en industria IT o SaaS.
**Conocimientos necesarios**
Tener conocimiento en finanzas corporativas y/o FP&A
Habilidades comerciales (excluyente)
Capacidad para preparar propuestas comerciales y contenido comercial
Manejo de CRM (Preferentemente Zoho)
Manejo de Linkedin Sales Navigator
Manejo de base de datos
Conocimiento de estrategias de Growth Marketing
Manejo de paquete Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) y/o Office
Inglés Avanzado (conversación)
