We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and operational excellence.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Supply Chain Strategy & Management**: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals. Ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize costs, and meet customer demand.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.
- **Inventory Optimization**: Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment to avoid stockouts and excess inventory. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory with demand.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Manage domestic and international shipping and logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance, to ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements in supply chain operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- **ERP & Systems Management**: Utilize ERP systems (Fishbowl experience preferred) to manage supply chain operations, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the e-commerce or home decor industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (Fishbowl experience preferred) and supply chain management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Pay: $30,000,000.00 - $35,000,000.00 per year
