**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job **Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback via informal discussions, quarterly/semi annual 3+/3- meetings and annual review process. Represent staff's performance during semi-annual Talent review discussions.
- Coordinate and lead regular team meetings where appropriate.
- Provide Know Your Customer Relationship Officers with guidance and resources to perform their specified job functions.
- Facilitate the collaboration of ideas and follow-up to recommend the best solutions.
- Provide support in the process of interviewing and hiring new Know Your Customer Relationship Officers.
- Manage the team’s pipeline to ensure Know Your Customer Lifecycle Events are coordinated with offshore partners in a timely manner; manage and adjust the team’s broader capacity.
- Work with direct manager and regional market leadership to maintain proactive management of client escalations, issues, and other items that require special handling related to Know Your Customer Lifecycle Event management.
- Work closely with partners in compliance and other AML/Know Your Customer functions to ensure consistent processes are being followed.
**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:
- At least 6 years of experience leading a team.
- Prior experience in preparing and processing Know Your Customer forms strongly desired.
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
- Client Service or Data Quality and Controls experience is a plus.
