**Wholesale Payments Operations Analyst**

Department Description
Platform Transformation Change Execution (PTCE) is a change delivery organisation within the CIB's Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) that provides integrated change, testing and implementation support to CIB stakeholders. PTCE capabilities include end-to-end test management and automation, business analysis, data analytics and program management, which are tailored to enable strategic initiatives in the Wholesale Payments, Markets and Securities Services businesses, as well as cross-business functions such as Network Management and Client Onboarding (Client Tax & WKO).
LOB Description
Wholesale Payments Operations supports the Wholesale Payments global franchise across treasury services (cash management, FX, liquidity, escrow and real-time payment solutions), global trade finance, merchant services and commercial card offerings to clients and acts as the payment hub for JPMorgan Chase, the largest payment network in the world.
Role Description
The role will require working with stakeholders across the CIB, looking to leverage best practice across the industry and other J.P. Morgan business units. Lateral contacts in business, technology, operations, product and client facing organizations firm wide would need to be developed and mined for best practices and for driving outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Execute test scripts to validate new system code and/or change in code;
- Open defects containing test evidences to track system issues;
- Manage defects opened to verify when the issue is fixed;
- Generate periodic reports/metrics as required;
- Suggest process improvements and efficiencies in the process;
Qualifications include:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Self-Starter able to work independently as part of an integrated team
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritize; work under pressure
- Flexibility to assume different functions and responsibilities
Requirements include:
- MS Office package
- Fluent in English
- Portuguese desired
