**The Role**:
As a Video Producer at Hogarth, you will be responsible for managing the localization process of the videos that are created by the worldwide teams. You will work with language teams, brand manager, business associates' teams to ensure the videos are localized the most correct way to the countries we work for, with a high creative standard and delivered on time.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage multiple video projects, using project management tools, and communication tools like mail and messaging apps to be in contact with all parties.
- Work with team from different back grounds, studio, producers, creative and language team.
- Display an understanding of the technologies used to project-manage the work.
- Comfortable working for multiple different projects at different stages.
- Build and maintain productive relationship with internal and external clients to ensure the work goes through the processes flawlessly.
- Work to ensure production workflow is adhered to and define, communicate, and enforce production standards.
- Attend and take notes during all briefings/reviews/meetings and circulate information to internal teams (where necessary.
- Be responsible for checking that all materials required for the videos have been requested and are logged on the system in the correct place.
- Continually define ways to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Producer or project manager at an advertising agency.
- Make sure that the assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time.
- Be happy to work on versioning.
- Multi-tasking
- Knowledge of Planet,Quip, Notes, iWork and Slack
- Be results driven and determined to add value
- Maintain lasting client relationships internally and externally
- Reinforce team approach throughout development efforts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive project management
