We are looking for a new **Solution Train Engineer** to join the **Digital Systems & Solution Engineering** team of our **Center of Excellence in Buenos Aires**.
**What you will do in this role**
- Lead and coach agile teams across multiple LATAM countries as part of a regional distributed model
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on solution architecture and design
- Coordinate and align 5+ agile teams on large, complex initiatives using scaled frameworks like SAFe
- Manage end-to-end regional solution delivery encompassing requirements, design, development, testing
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives
- Engage closely with diverse business and technology partners and stakeholders
**To help you succeed, you need to have**
- Expert knowledge in implementing agile frameworks like SAFe at an enterprise level
- Hands-on expertise in technical architecture, design, and system engineering
- Proven experience delivering solutions in a regional distributed team environment
- Strong program management abilities including budgeting, resourcing, and communications
- Skills in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders
- Motivation to continuously improve solution delivery using modern engineering best practices
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with multiple business and tech partners.
- Fluency in oral and written Spanish language. Advanced written and minimum of B1 or B2 level in oral English language.
**And it will be a plus if you have**
- Familiarity with InsurTech domain and digital transformation trends within the LatAm region.
