**What we are looking for**:
Provide Dealer Developent market intelligence on distribution landscape; Support strategic Dealer Management & brand governance with local data on markets; Provide brands with brand-specific local data. Develop and Lead New Projects and Program Reports to: Head of Distribution Management.

**What are you going to do**:
Manage & share customer, industry & competitor data ensuring data quality and availability. Analyze market development, distribution and trends, structural data, etc. to support the DM Consolidate local statistical data to support Dealer Management Implement new analytical tools and securing their efficient use in DM. Coordinate and participate in yearly dealer standard process. Administer and maintain market responsibilities of AGCO‘s dealer network Develop new programs and project to Dealer Management to Support the others business area Participate in Dealer meeting and Workshops. Maintain standardized reporting system of market
- and dealer data Action plan set up and send out survey review action plans Prepare maps, Create distr. Territories maps (footprint distribution analyses) maintain source file and Review and update files Create powerpoints distr. Overviews and Create excutief powerpoint Join meetings review/calls Communicate, internally meetings VI create documents per distributor and discuss/explain to distr. Maintain distr. Network accounts, (create,terminate,change) Start workflows agoc-net and follow up status workflows contact point network setup brands agco insght Creat new controls and process about Dealer Development KPI's responsible per Dealer Development Brand representation and Quality.

**What do you need**:
Very good analytical skills and affinity to numbers Autonomous, well-structured and diligent work standard Experience to be a leader in new projects Experience minimum of 5 years in Dealer Development Area in Agricultre or Automotive/Trucks Segment industry Customer focus Language skills (relevant English and Spanish) MS Office (Strong in Power Ponit and Excel). Experience tin project Manager and Roll out
