**YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY**:
At CLAAS we are looking for a specialist in Digital On-Board and Off-Board Technology. to join the team in Oncativo, Córdoba.

The main task will be to implement CLAAS' digital strategy in LATAM for all On-Board Technology (e.g. Guidance System, Connectivity solutions) and Digital Off-Board Product (e.g. TELEMATICS, CLAAS connect, Remote Support)and develop solid connections with the main Precision Agriculture Service providers in the market, ensuring customer satisfaction:

- Supports Head of Digital Business Americas in roll-out of digital strategy for LATAM and in achieving market goals of CLAAS On-Board and Off-Board Technology for LATAM region
- Manages the local roll-out of new digital tools and solutions incl. enabling technology (e.g., certification of connectivity modules) for various markets
- Precision Agriculture technical support to clients through the Remote Service Center.
- Commercial management of TELEMATICS and CLAAS connect, renewal of licenses and pilots.
- Establish technological agreements Ag. Precision FieldView, Formagro, others.
- Development and support of CLAAS Digital Ecosystem (Remote, Pilot and Telematic Service) to clients.
- Active participation in closing sales events, fairs, commercial actions.
- Liaison with Agronomists and Producer/Contractor specialists: obtaining yield maps, conversion to Shape formats and other formats (Agrocom), APIs and compatibility with “Data Connect” and “Fleet view”.
- Linkage with educational institutions/agreements.
- Be the LATAM reference in the Americas and the global region in relation to precision agriculture developments.
- Permanent contact with CSP Central - Product Germany and USA.
- Participation in regional projects and with the CLAAS Germany headquarters.
- Promotes Digital solutions internally as well as externally to dealers, importers and customers; created required training resources for internal and external parties.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Graduate or student of Agricultural Engineering or Electromechanical Technician.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in Precision Agriculture or similar positions.
- Proven experience in successfully leading projects with a focus on quality and/or customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience with roll-out and management of digital products in off-road sector preferred
- Advanced English skills (exclusive)
- Full-time availability, before, during and after the campaign.
- Availability to visit CLAAS branches in LATAM (esp. Argentina and Brazil) and training abroad.
