**Main Purpose**

**Your mission will be to**
- Define Strategy on preventive care for our install bases in order to reduce corrective services.
- Define strategy for reducing services cost for Bayer and our customers.
- Monitor performance - revenue (growth, margin, pipeline, etc) & score-card, analyze gaps and work with the functions to achieve targets.
- Perform field trips, interacting with customers, field personnel, Original Equipment´s Manufacturers, Contrast Medium´s Companies, KOL’s, etc, to evaluate field performance and to understand requirements.
- Play an intermediary role between global Interventional and the region, to identify product, customer, market, and general sales support requirements.
- Manage product evaluation to generate clinical papers, scientific data and other marketing materials that promote the usage of Bayer products.
- Execute training program for Sales force and distributors along the region.

**Unlock your potencial**
- Degree on Radiologist Technologist, Biomedical Engineer, Physician, - Bachelor degrees in a related technical discipline is preferred
- 10 years Interventional medical devices knowledge required and management experience, preferably managing distribution channels
- English a must
- Depth experience & understanding of the interventional regional market, Mexico, CAM and Caribe
- Experience of setting targets and monitoring performance.
