**Descripción del puesto**:
Será responsable de cerrar nuevos negocios y aumentar nuestra cartera de clientes. Así como de brindar asesoramiento comercial y técnico a nuestros clientes, basado en el conocimiento de la industria y entendimiento del negocio.

Dar soporte en las tareas comerciales y administrativas necesarias para cumplir con los objetivos del área y aumentar la cartera de clientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Captar y cerrar nuevos negocios, cumpliendo con los objetivos comerciales.
- Realizar seguimiento de potenciales clientes calificados (Leads) para convertirlos en clientes, a través de las acciones propuestas por el área.
- Desarrollar relaciones duraderas con los clientes.
- Planificar y estimar actividades para alcanzar objetivos comerciales.
- Apoyar al equipo junior en las dudas que surjan.
- Colaborar con otras áreas del negocio para cumplir con las necesidades de los clientes y de la empresa.
- Contribuir activamente a la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los procesos comerciales y de atención al cliente, proponiendo soluciones innovadoras para optimizar la eficiencia y la calidad del servicio.
- Representar a Doppler en eventos, conferencias y reuniones de networking, fortaleciendo la presencia de la marca y generando oportunidades de negocio a través de la interacción con clientes potenciales y colaboradores clave en la industria.

**Requisitos**:
**Conocimientos**:

- Perfil 100% comercial, que le guste el mundo de las ventas, con una comprensión sólida de los principios básicos de ventas y negociación.
- Escucha activa.
- Creación de relaciones
- Identificación de necesidades
- Presentación persuasiva
- Manejo de objeciones
- Cierre de la venta
- Comunicación efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita, para establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes y el equipo interno.
- Familiaridad con herramientas y plataformas de análisis de datos para medir el rendimiento de las campañas y generar informes.

- Excelente habilidad para la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones, con capacidad para identificar oportunidades y superar obstáculos de manera eficiente.
- Habilidad demostrada para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, con capacidad para colaborar efectivamente con diferentes áreas de la empresa para lograr objetivos comunes.
- Fuertes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo, con capacidad para priorizar tareas y cumplir con plazos ajustados en un entorno dinámico.
- Orientación al cliente y habilidades de servicio excepcionales, con capacidad para comprender las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas que generen satisfacción y fidelidad.

Conocimientos que ayudan y potencial al perfil y ayudan a un asesoramiento integral de nuestro clientes sería:

- Marketing Digital Integral: Comprender otros aspectos del marketing digital, como SEO, SEM, redes sociales y contenido digital.
- Tener habilidades en análisis de datos y métricas de marketing digital.
- Pensamiento Analítico: Habilidad para analizar datos y tendencias para ajustar estrategias de prospección y marketing.
- Manejos de CRM y gestión de leads | Preferentemente con conocimiento en Zoho (Deseable).
- Inglés Avanzado / Bilingüe (No Excluyente).
