We are seeking a driven and innovative Growth Engineer to join our team in Rosario, Argentina. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative solutions to expand our Sales top-of-funnel.

Top of funnel for sales refers to the initial stage of the sales process where the goal is to attract potential customers (also known as leads) through various methods such as marketing campaigns, SEO, social media, etc. At this stage, the focus is on raising awareness and generating interest in our product.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and optimizing systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and sales teams
- Utilizing coding skills to develop solutions that will drive growth and scale our top-of-funnel operations
- Leveraging your creativity and resourcefulness to identify new growth opportunities

**Key Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer in a SaaS company
- Proficiency in dynamic programming languages, including Python and JavaScript
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to make informed decisions
- Creative thinker with a passion for identifying opportunities for growth
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Salesloft and Salesforce

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
