**Role Description**:

- Provide leadership and local management for the Billing and Interest Team in our Buenos Aires office with oversight of team's daily responsibilities
- Responsible for traditional cash financing (margin and securities lending) businesses of Equity and Fixed Income Prime Brokerage
- Client-facing calculations, charging, reporting, financial month-end close functions, trend and trading analysis of all Billing and Interest activities, rates onboarding and maintenance
- Responsible for overall accuracy of rate onboarding process across Equities, Fixed Income, Swap and Transactional Billing
- Support the timely processing and generation of client invoicing/reporting, ensuring fees and expenses are reconciled, allocated and recovered according to client agreements
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly metrics for senior management
- Daily and monthly account reconciliations
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Prime Brokerage business including Trading, Account Management, Sales, Middle Office, Technology and Product Development to execute all Billing and Interest functions
- Support the build out, development, testing and implementation of various strategic business initiatives including streamlining of processes and/or systems
- Recommend and implement system enhancements and/or Intelligent Automation builds to improve effectiveness and efficiencies
- Perform daily client-level cash financing validations, analyze variances and investigate discrepancies to ensure customer balances that are reported to senior management are complete and accurate.
- Work with global team in regards to control oversight of SOX along with internal and external audit

**Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in Middle Office, Operations, Treasury, or support for Cash Margin Financing/Equity Finance /Stock Borrow Loan products is preferred but not required, as is product experience or knowledge in Prime Brokerage Cash Financing and/or Securities
- Degree in Accounting or Finance background is preferred but not required
- Understanding of accounting methods and financial calculations would also be advantageous
