**In one sentence**:
Responsible for providing outstanding technical support to extensive customer base. Keeps ownership for the resolution of sophisticated technical problems, including debugging, simulations, locating bugs, tool and script development for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and reproduction.

**What will your job look like?**:

- You will provide engineering expertise to troubleshoot, modify and engineer software solutions and configurations, to ensure that the product/solution performs within efficient design specifications.
- Investigate, debug and reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds, and verify changes to ensure continued and resilient operability of the software solution.
- Be the one of the responsible to talk with other teams to resolve cross product/solution issues.
- You accountability to provide technical support and mentorship in problem resolution for sophisticated issues.
- Contribute in meeting various SLA’s and indicators to ensure tasks are completed on time and the delivery timelines meet the quality targets of the organization.
- You will connect with internal/external customers to improve the understanding of customer problems and verifies that an appropriate resolution has been applied.

**All you need is...**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science/IT/Computers or equivalent;
- Current or Previous experience as a Software Support Engineer; Handles troubleshooting, incident, and client-facing experience.
- Required primary skill; proficient in SQL queries and knows different phases of the database.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages like Java.Should be able to read the code to identify the issues.
- Experience in Unix/Linux to go through the files, see the logs, etc.
- Desired experience in Python, shell scripting, and PL/SQL Script.
- Working proficiency in the English Language. Should be able to communicate with people from different countries in English.
