Certified Accountant

Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Handle payroll calculations and payments for therapists, employees, and foreign contractors.
- Categorize all financial transactions using Quickbooks Online.
- Process and track vendor payments to maintain positive business relationships.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to keep track of the organization's financial status.
- Manage balance sheets and profit & loss statements, providing comprehensive financial updates.
- Gather complete and sufficient information on all financial transactions, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Maintain all the books in a timely, organized, and efficient manner, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Proficient in payroll calculation and processing for various types of employees and contractors.
- Skilled in using Quickbooks Online for categorizing financial transactions.
- Knowledge of office automation tools, such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Familiarity with accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of managing balance sheets and P&L statements.
- Detail-oriented approach to gather complete information on financial transactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage accounting books efficiently and accurately.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Must be a Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper.
- In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Quickbooks Online.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with Healthcare companies is preferred but not required.
- Experience working remotely is preferred but not required.
- System Requirements:

- Desktop/Laptop: Your processor should be at least Intel Core i5 or higher or equivalent with 4GB of RAM (recommended 8GB)
- Internet connection should have at least 10Mbps

**Work Hours**:

- Full-time (40 hours a week)
- Monday-Friday
- Between 8 AM-5 PM Pacific Time

**Salary**: From $175,000.00 per month
