The Role

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Consult Associate Partner (AP), Consult Partner (P) and Consult Senior Partner (SP) on a global scale, individuals who possess the power to transform customer IT outcomes and revolutionize businesses. As a Consult AP/P/SP, you will wield immense influence within the customer and Kyndryl account teams, forging senior-level relationships and driving value-based outcomes. Your Tasks

You have a T-shaped consultant profile. You bring deep expertise and experience in at least one of our portfolio focus points. At the same time you can keep a holistic perspective, understand and discuss challenges of modern IT’s, you can connect the dots between different technology domains and business and you can advise CIO’s to become a trusted partner.

You are responsible for driving technology consulting business. You take active part in sales process, build trust-based relationship with our clients and convey Kyndryl value to them.

You lead project teams and are responsible for the high quality delivery in Time and on Budget

You work with the Kyndryl experts to develop strategies for our clients in their transformation to cloud, resiliency or digital network

You analyze the requirements with our customers and develop a common understanding of future business and IT processes

You keep track of costs, operational stability and the integration of the developed solutions
