Maintenance Chief

**Main Purpose**:
Responsible for site maintenance management.

**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes, ensuring their compliance in a timely manner, working to reduce unproductive times.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the availability and reliability of fixed and rotating equipment.
- Manage the maintenance team, assigning tasks and resources efficiently.
- Perform failure analysis and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
- Preparation and analysis of reports and indicators.
- Installation and start-up of new equipment/lines.
- Coordinate and supervise the work carried out by third parties
- Maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Management and administration of materials and supplies

Knowledge and skills:

- IMechanical, electrical, electromechanical, industrial engineering (maintenance orientation).
- Solid experience in maintenance management, preferably in continuous process industries.
- 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced english level.
- Good performance with Microsoft Office, preferably Excel.
- Knowledge of Electricity (Low and Medium Voltage). Management and maintenance of Generating Sets and BT and MV panels.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
