Requisitos para el puesto de Technical Lead

**Habilidades Técnicas**:

- Amplia experiência en.NET/.NET Core (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, Razor, LINQ, etc.).
- Amplia experiência en diseño/ implementación/ optimización de MS SQL, T-SQL, etc.
- Experiência en tecnologías de front-end como HTML, CSS, jScript, frameworks de JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue).
- Experiência en patrones de diseño como MVVM, MVC/MVP.
- Experiência con la Plataforma Azure.

**Habilidades Blandas**:

- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos con metodología Agil.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés.
- Como líder, supervisar a los miembros del equipo, delegar tareas, emitir retroalimentación, evaluar riesgos y resolver conflictos.
- Como desarrollador, aplicar herramientas de programación, utilizar patrones de diseño, realizar pruebas automatizadas y refactorizar código.
- Como arquitecto, realizar evaluaciones técnicas, supervisar los ciclos de desarrollo, dirigir la gestión de lanzamientos y adherir a regulaciones federales.

Responsabilidades para el puesto
- Desarrollar una estrategia para alcanzar los hitos del proyecto y comunicarse eficazmente con el equipo de desarrollo.
- Revisar los entregables del equipo y crear documentos de diseño.
- Desglosar el trabajo en tareas asignables y estimar el tiempo necesario, monitoreando el progreso.
- Desarrollar las habilidades de los miembros del equipo junior.
- Colaborar con otros líderes de proyecto para discutir objetivos, progreso y relaciones con el cliente.
- Mantener reuniones regulares para asegurar los recursos necesarios para el proyecto.
- Establecer estándares técnicos y procedimientos.
- Analizar las operaciones existentes para identificar riesgos y redundancias.
