We are looking for an outstanding IT Recruiter to join our HR Team. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and self-driven, passionate about what they do and excited to learn new things

What you’ll do:
Your key responsibilities:

- Employ innovative sourcing channels to convert hard to find passive talent including Social media, resume mining, diversity resources and networking.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop a strong understanding of the department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business.
- Collaborate on various HR projects regarding themes like employee experience and retention, employer branding and strategy, new markets, and others.
- Develop and implement internal process improvement.
- Collaborate with reporting and analytics.

About you:

- +2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience developing and executing fully comprehensive recruitment plans
- Advanced English level
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization.
- Excellent consultative, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and results oriented.
- Experience using social media and other tools for attracting talent (Linkedin, Github, various job boards).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
