En Facility Service, empresa de servicios de limpieza profesional y mantenimiento edilicio e industrial, nos encontramos seleccionando un/a **Facilities Coordinator** para uno de nuestros importantes clientes ubicado en Martínez (Zona Norte, Buenos Aires)

**¿Cuál será el desafío del puesto?**

Gestionar de forma integral la conservación y mejora continua de la infraestructura edilicia y los servicios asociados, en pos de la conservación de la inversión en edificios, minimizando los costos, realizando procesos eficientes y brindando servicios internos de calidad, garantizando el cumplimiento de reglamentaciones y el cuidado en el consumo de utilities.

Algunas de sus responsabilidades incluyen:

- Administración y gestión de contratos: coordinar y controlar la planificación de los servicios contratados a FS y de los servicios externos.
- Building operations: Supervisar y gestionar que los colaboradores en el sitio realicen correctamente las funciones de su IOP. Supervisar el cumplimiento de los subcontratistas. Seguimiento y presentación mensual de los KPI´s establecidos. Inspección del establecimiento para detección de requerimientos no periódicos.
- Gestión de sustentabilidad: Acompañar las funciones de los supervisores de OPLM (uso debido de los insumos para el mantenimiento y la limpieza) Monitorear el uso debido de los recursos que posibilitan la operatoria. Aportes para ahorros de energía e insumos.

**¿Qué valoramos de tu perfil?**

Estudiantes universitarios o graduados en carreras de Administración de Empresas, Seguridad e Higiene, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.

Experiência previa de al menos 2 años en puestos similares, en gestión edilicia y manejo de proveedores de servicios operativos.

Deseable contar con curso realizado de Facility Management
