Purpose:
Positions holders are responsible at varying levels for providing administrative and secretarial services to the organisation. Activities include producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing data, preparing reports and presentations, making travel arrangements, planning office events and meetings, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, data entry, and operating office equipment. Also includes responsibilities for reception/telephone and greeting visitors.
Accountability Level:
Experienced operations/technical/support Jobs. Requires knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a first-class customer service role across the business, both internally and externally, including diary management
- Organise travel, including booking taxis and organising required visas/documentation and inoculations
- Prepare for meetings and events including room bookings, preparation of room, catering and technical equipment etc.
- Support the operations of sites and offices, including office supplies, general tasks, filing etc...
- Inputting of PO and SO into a system.

Specialised Diploma / Vocational Training
