Project Engineer

The purpose of the post is to carry out a correct and precise administration of the project budget.

Among his tasks, he must prepare information on the progress of the project, expenses incurred and committed, impact of the exchange rate, monitoring and processing of invoices, purchase orders and imports**.**

**What are we looking for?**:

- 2-5 years’ experience in a comparable technical position desirable - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry considered a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Basic understanding of engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction or Computer Services are considered a plus
- Good communication, listening and influencing skills

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- **
1- **Generate PO from bids or direct purchases

2- Monitoring of suppliers in terms of delivery times

3- Ensure the management of payments to suppliers

4- Carry out bill uploads

5- Generate weekly progress reports and project budget
- Ensure report consistency with Power BI
- Report the projected and forecast monthly cash flow
- Ensure compliance with the forecast, supporting Project Management
- Make follow-up presentations for both the region and the business
