We are looking for a **Junior Human Resources Analyst** to join our awesome People Care Team If you consider yourself as a responsible person, with excellent communication and interpersonal relationships, this is your chance

You will be part of our People Care team, giving your input regarding activities, team building, benefits management, feedback process, onboarding and trainings. Thinking outside of the box is key in this team As it is being a team player, cause you will be working together with the Administration, Talent Acquisition and Marketing and Communication teams, contacting suppliers for gifts and activities on specific dates, and collaborating with the follow-up of teams and Virtualminders in pursuit of their development.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- 2+ years of experience working as a Human Resources Analyst (IT company experience is a big plus)
- Advanced English
- If you know a bit of Portuguese, you are perfect for this
