**Job Description**:
The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by cross-functional teams, primarily focused on infrastructure and automation in support of enterprise-scale contact centers. The PO ensures the backlog is groomed and aligned with stakeholder and customer needs, utilizing rigorous methods to balance evolving, competing needs with limited resources.

The Product Owner will work closely with a team consisting of Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Test Engineers. The PO must be able to analyze, compose, and communicate effective User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. This is a key role within the Product Management team, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to connect and create complete solutions.

Additionally, this role will drive organizational transformation, resulting in the full adoption of modern Agile and Scaled Agile for Enterprises (SAFe) frameworks.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as a voice of customers on new or already existing products.
- Highlight product features in a manner understandable to development teams.
- Create effective documentation that outlines the customer challenge, product feature, and benefit/value to the customer.
- Manage, groom, and develop product backlog, as well as user stories backlog for implementation.
- Assess the product value stream to identify areas that require improvements.
- Analyze customer/stakeholder opinions and feedback to determine features or component prioritization and weighting.
- Work with Scrum Teams to execute sprint objectives. Attend sprint planning and demo meetings to give feedback on sprint achievement and keep in touch with Product Managers to gauge the needs and interest within product initiatives.
- Measure product performance as well as value delivered to clients to adjust where necessary.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Review and approve organizational deliveries via acceptance criteria, demos, and UAT.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree required, preferably business or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role that aligns product development with business objectives.
- Expertise with Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle, and SAFe, preferably with experience contributing to an Agile transformation.
- Track record for excellent collaboration with team members regarding product knowledge, delivery, and enhancement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail, and superior time management.
- Experience in Design Thinking framework.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira & Confluence.

3+ years of experience with projects in the following areas is preferred:

- Process and infrastructure automation
- Cloud migration
- Unified communications and contact centers
- Networking and security
- Highly-governed infrastructure operations with stringent SLAs
